Trading cryptocurrencies and forex involves substantial risk of loss. Automated strategies do not guarantee profits. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
By accessing or using Vortek ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Vortek provides automated trading tools for cryptocurrency spot markets, cryptocurrency futures, forex markets, and experimental memecoin trading. The Platform connects to third-party exchanges via API.
Supported platforms include Kraken, Binance, TradeLocker, and MetaTrader 4/5. Vortek acts as a signal and execution layer only — it does not hold, custody, or manage your funds directly.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Trading involves significant financial risk, including total loss of capital
- Automated strategies may generate losses in adverse market conditions
- Leveraged products (futures) amplify both gains and losses
- Past backtesting results do not guarantee future performance
- Technical failures, API outages, or network issues may affect trade execution
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
API keys stored in Vortek are encrypted at rest. However, you should only provide API keys with trade permissions only — never withdrawal permissions.
Vortek offers a 7-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your settings page.
Refund Policy: First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first charge, provided the request is submitted to support before the 7-day period expires. After 7 days, or for subsequent billing cycles, refunds are not available for partial billing periods. Lifetime access plans are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortek and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, API failures, exchange downtime, or any other financial damages arising from use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or profitable outcomes.
You may not use Vortek to:
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Violate any applicable laws or exchange terms of service
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform
- Share account access with unauthorized third parties
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using Vortek, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
