Vortek is an automated trading platform that executes trades on cryptocurrency and forex markets via third-party exchange APIs provided by the user. We are a technology provider, not a financial advisor or broker.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Vortek constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All strategies and tools are provided for informational and automation purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
• Configure exchange API keys with trade-only permissions (no withdrawal access)
• Monitor your bots and account positions regularly
• Understand the risks of algorithmic and automated trading
• Not use the platform for illegal activities or market manipulation

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and forex trading involves substantial risk of loss. The use of automated bots does not reduce or eliminate this risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Vortek is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortek and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Contact support@vortek.site for refund requests.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party exchange downtime may affect service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
